Water Yoga performed by people as summer approaches
Surat (Gujarat), Mar 20 (ANI): As summer approaches, people have started performing Water Yoga, a new way of the ancient practice of Yoga. A group of 25 yoga enthusiasts stood in chest-high water in a pool as they performed various yoga ‘asanas’ or postures. Yoga trainer, B.J. Shah, said water yoga helped maintain body posture and ensure healthy breathing as lungs are exercised well amid water pressure.
