And usually, a lot of responsibility is on the youngsters, especially the students, who form the backbone for any economy. However, there is a constant debate which has been on from many years. Well, the topic is, is it the engineers or the managers who make a better world. As such, the conventional belief has been that engineers make the world because they work on visible development. Right from the setting up of industries to bridges to infrastructures to many other things, without their involvement it is not possible. Moreover, the general perception is that engineering graduates tend to have more aptitude and realistic approach towards a situation which results in a lot of development wherever they are involved. On the other hand, no industry or sector is successful without proper managers. A product may be manufactured by an engineer but if it has to be marketed properly or planned in terms of production then a management graduate comes into the picture. Taking the business or the growth to the society is the manager's job while nurturing the development and creating it is the job of an engineer. Both have to work as a team and only then it could lead to a successful result. The aptitude of a management graduate is no different from the aptitude of an engineering graduate. And that is one key reason why there are many brilliant individuals who prefer to have a graduation engineering degree along with a management degree in post graduation.
