Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) on Friday announced its new MFSc program in seafood safety and trade.
 
The course is sanctioned recently by the UGC, under its innovative programme - Technology and Research in Interdisciplinary and Emerging Areas.
 
The course will commence from September 2012. Once qualified, an individual can take up entry level positions in seafood production, sales, marketing, quality assurance, food safety, total quality management etc.
