A three-day international conference on engineering education: Innovative Practicesand Future Trends (AICERA-2012) would commence started at Kottayam on July 19.
 
The four major themes of the conference are Engineering education; current trends and Global perspectives, Internet working in education, Diversity and challenges in engineering education and research and development links.
 
This was revealed by the conference Secretary Dr Sony C George to reporters today. About 200 participants including delegates from abroad are expected to attend the conference.
