The Congress MLCs in the legislative council on Thursday sought the government to register a contempt of court case against KUSMA president G S Sharma and the management of two private schools and arrest them.
 
In the Zero Hour, MLC R V Venkatesh raised the issue of strike by KUSMA who rejected the implementation of RTE , derogatory statement by Sharma.
 
He had equated students under the RTE as 'drain water' and clipping of hair of students enrolled under RTE in two schools - Oxford School in Nandini Layout and Vidyavardhaka Sangha in Rajajinagar.
