Punjab education and languages minister Sikander Singh Maluka launched online Punjabi-English dictionary, which is available on the official website of the state languages department.
 
It is heard that the department has also preserved more than 600 rare manuscripts and more than 100 rare books through digitalization which is a rare and unique feat.
 
According to sources, the department is now planning to put Punjab-Hindi-Urdu dictionary and legal terminology on departmental website soon.
