Down in top IIT (Main) score

  
The IIT-JEE (Mains) outcomes were announced recently. It is well known that the top 1.5 lakh students of the JEE Mains will be eligible to take up IIT-JEE (Advanced) which is scheduled to be held next month.

According to the reports, the top score in Tamil Nadu has dropped to 317 in this year's exam, from last year's 340.

It is not just the case of Tamil Nadu where there's a drop in the top score. According to the reports, the national top score is ten marks less than the score of the previous year.
