Receiving Tickets:
Ask the agent to fax you the itinerary after book your tickets and make sure that there are no mistakes in names, ages, travel date etc. Insist on a computer generated ticket. Airlines may not accept hand written tickets. Don't depend on the agent to confirm your tickets for you, If at all possible call the airline for the confirmation
