Nick Clegg says education is a red line in the coalition deal
Nick Clegg reportedly stated that a vow to raise an education funding from £49bn to £55.3bn in England over the upcoming Parliament is the price to be paid of Lib Dems making an entrance to coalition following the election.
It is reportedly the first red line that the Liberal Democratic leader has revealed. Till late the party has been very careful not to put up conditions on a pact with either the Labour or the Conservatives.
However, Clegg told voters would demand more clarity in the wake of the approaching election. This is going to play a key role in deciding the winner. |
