Story:
Shiva (ravichandran) is an honorable man and he dotes upon his sister Swathi (saranya) and also his brothers Raghu (vijay) and Shankar (yashas). All three brothers do everything to keep their sister happy but trouble begins when she gets married. Swathi doesn’t reveal much about her issues but later on it gets discovered. Still, Shiva and his brothers do everything possible to make her happy. How things take turn forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a remake storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was good enough. The dialogues were well written. The script was familiar but the screenplay made it better. The background score was melodious and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was crisp. Costumes were well designed to suit the nativity while the art department was natural. Ravichandran carried out his double role in impressive manner and he scored. Saranya was sweet and did her bit as required. Vijaya Raghavendra was neat, Yashas was nice. Sakshi Shivanand looks sensuous and deserves more chances, Ramesh Bhat was excellent, Rekha was regular.

Conclusion:
The film is the remake of the Tamil movie Samuthiram which also remade in Telugu as Siva Rama Raju. True to the original, the remake was also similar. The first half goes around with elements of family drama, some romance and some comedy. The interval bang was alright and the second half was more towards emotional melodrama and family sentiment. Overall, this is a film which would appeal to the family audiences and at the box office, the chances  for getting into profit zone is high.

Bharatstudent verdict: Senti family treat!
