Bajarangi Sandalwood Movie Review
A powerful tale the story is set on the tribal backdrop and here lives Bhajarangi (shivarajkumar) a protector of the tribals who takes on black magic sorcerers. There is Rana who has Raktaksha in his grip because he wants the Vajrayuda, a weapon that can defeat death. But that Raktaksha belongs to Krishne (rukmini). Meanwhile, Jeevan (shivarajkumar), son of Bhajarangi comes from city and he is targeted by Rana. But even Jeevan has got strong Hanuman power. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Bajarangi Kannada Cinema Review
The director has come up with a powerful storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was quite absorbing. The dialogues were well written. The script was above average and the screenplay made it lot better. The background score was melodious and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was crisp. Costumes were well designed to suit the royalty while the art department was majestic. Shivarajkumar has come up with a gripping performance and his efforts were seen. Aindrita Ray was sweet but the best among the lot was Rukmini who was perfect.  The three villains were very good though they were new. Sadhu Kokila brought few smiles. The others contributed in their own way.
Bajarangi Filem Review
The genre of black magic and other supernatural elements needs a lot of strength in the script and good conviction in the director. This was done well by the director who showed everything properly. The first half is spent on the layering of the plot and the best is saved for the second half. The interval bang shows the right twist. The film has richness in terms of production values and graphics. At the box office, this has everything to appeal to the masses as well as the family audience so success is very strong.

Bharatstudent verdict: Intense and powerful, strongly recommended
