Rajadhi Raja Malluwood Movie Review
Story:
Aiyappan (joju) is a conman who is on the run and he goes to his brother-in-law Sekharan Kutty (mammootty) who works as a manager at a petrol pump and also runs a restaurant. Sekharan is a gentleman who doesn’t poke his nose in others matters and dotes upon his wife Radha (lakshmi) and daughter. But with Aiyappan’s arrival, trouble comes in the form of cops. What happens from there forms the rest.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a decent storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were well written. The script was average and the screenplay could have been tighter. The background score was energetic and songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was required during the second half. Costumes were natural while the art department was realistic. Mammootty carried out his role without any flaws and he scored well. Lakshmi Rai looks sensuous and was graceful. Siddique was standard. Jojo was entertaining. Nelson was funny. Others did their bit as required.

Conclusion:
The film has been made with good production values and making standards but there are those action scenes which were beyond logic and sensibilities. The first half revolves around elements of drama, some comedy and fun while the interval bang was interesting. However, the second half had its share of pitfalls and the twists and turns were not that appealing. The theme of the movie is worth appreciating but it needs to come with the right amount of emotion and feel. At the box office, the film will have great openings but the overall result could be average.
