Mr.Fraud Malluwood Movie Review
Story:
An alright tale, the story is about Shivram (mohanlal) who is a professional evaluator of antique items and treasure assigned with the task of valuing few belongings of a treasure at an ancestral home. But in reality, Shivram is a conman who wants to transfer all the belongings to an unknown client who promises 500 crores. Whether he is successful or not forms the rest.
Mr.Fraud Malayalam Cinema Review
Presentation:
The director has come up with a flimsy storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was not that great. The dialogues were very hero centric. The script was average and the screenplay was not tight. The background score was melodious but songs were mediocre. Cinematography was effective. Editing was required at few places. Costumes were well designed to suit the backdrop while the art department was majestic. Mohanlal did his best to bring life into the film and carried it off successfully. Dev Gill was good, Mia George was expressive, Manjari Phadnis was apt, Siddique was standard, Sai Kumar was neat, Pallavi was pretty.

Conclusion:
Thriller flicks may have a very moderate storyline but what makes them interesting is the taut screenplay and deft handling of the script. This didn’t happen in the film and it is more like a recipe made for the fans of Mohanlal. The first half revolves around elements of some drama and humor, the interval bang was alright. The second half didn’t hold much promise due to stereotype scenes. Overall, this is a film that didn’t really have the juice to appeal to all except fans of Mohanlal. At the box office, this would be an average fare.

Bharatstudent verdict:
Not very well made, just suitable for fans
