Arrambam Kollywood Movie Review
A stylish tale, the story begins with Ashok (ajith) who is wanted by the police in connection to three bomb blasts in Mumbai. On the other hand, there is Arjun (arya) who comes across his college friend Maya (nayan) and recall their olden days of how he was wooing Anita (taapsee). The story takes a turn when Arjun is caught by Ashok and is trapped to associate with him in hacking various networks. But Arjun also uses his brain to ensure Ashok gets caught. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
Arrambam Tamil Cinema Review
The director has come up with an engaging storyline and while the presentation was stylish, the narrative was smooth and catchy. The dialogues were well written. The script was deep and the screenplay made it interesting. The background score was melodious and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was crisp. Costumes were superb and give a special touch to the actors and the art department was classy. Ajith as always outshines everyone with his grace and variations. Arya was also competent but he didn’t fit the college track rightly. Nayantara looks seductive and desirable. Taapsee was cute and pretty. Rana was impact creating. Mahesh Manjrekar was moderate. Atul Kulkarni was impressive. The others did their bit as required.
Arrambam Filem Review
The film comes across as a stylish thriller and though there is no serious intensity it is the way the whole plot is conceived which is attractive. The first half goes about on a different plane and has lighter elements of romance, comedy etc but the interval bang changes the story. From second half, the kind of energy and twists that come across keeps the audience hooked. Overall, this is a film which is not only well made technically but also has enough substance to appeal to the audience. At the box office, this is going to be a successful treat.
Bharatstudent verdict: Stylish, suspenseful and entertaining, worth a watch!
