Romeo Tollywood Movie Review
Story:
Set on the backdrop of Italy, the story begins with Samantha (adonica) who comes as a tourist and she is spotted by Kittu (sairam) who begins chasing her. He befriends her using different tactics and there is a reason behind that. Samantha reminds Kittu of his lover who passed away in an accident. But Adonica hails from the US and she is already engaged to another person (subbaraju). Will Kittu’s love story succeed or not forms the rest.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a romantic storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative could have been lot better. The dialogues were okay. The script was unusual and the screenplay had scope for more energy. The background score was average and same with songs. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was adequate. Costumes were well designed and stylish while the art department was majestic. Locations were excellent. Sairam Shankar did his part as required but he could have been better. Adonica is avoidable. Ravi Teja was the saving grace for the film. Even Ali contributed that way. Subbaraju was standard. Nagababu was brief, Jayasudha was natural.

Conclusion:
For a love story, rich locations and strong production values bring a color but the juice of emotion and feelings is generated through the screenplay and the dialogues. In this film, the first half has an element of suspense and some emotion. The interval bang was alright and the second half had few share of twists and turns. But it must be said that there were not enough hook points to keep the audience engrossed. Overall, this is a film which had good potential but the execution was a little lackluster. At the box office, success depends on word of mouth publicity.
