Ulavacharu Biryani Tollywood Movie Review
Kalidasu (Prakash raj) is an archaeologist who is fearless and passionate about his job but he is also very passionate about food and cooking. But the problem is, he is middle aged and unmarried. On the other hand, there is Gowri (sneha) a famous dubbing artist who has it all but she is also unmarried. A wrong number gets Gowri to call Kalidasu and what happens after that forms the rest.
Ulavacharu Biryani Telugu Cinema Review
The director has come up with a romantic storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were well written. The script was average and the screenplay could have been energetic. The background score was extremely melodious and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was not that sharp. Costumes were natural while the art department was colorful. Prakash Raj was at his best again and he carried out the role very well. It is really good to see Sneha and she looks much attractive post her marriage. Tejus was cute and did his bit well, Samyukta was sensuous and cute. M S Narayana and Brahmaji were entertaining. Aishwarya was apt, Urvashi was good. Others did their bit as required.
Ulavacharu Biryani Filem Review
The film has come as a trilingual and it is the remake of the Malayalam film ‘Salt N Pepper’ which became a big hit. The concept per se is very good but then it is more to do with matured romance and an offbeat backdrop. The first half is somewhat entertaining as it has its elements of romance and fun. The interval bang was interesting but things lost steam during the second half. The ending could have been conceived in a better way. Overall, this is a film which will appeal to select audience. At the box office, it could be an average to above average treat.

Bharatstudent verdict: Matured subject and fine performances but only for select audience
