Bhai Tollywood Movie Review
Story:
A stale tale, Bhai (nag) is a mafia don based in Dubai and he has a boss David (ashish vidyarthi). Meanwhile, in Hyderabad, a tough cop (prasanna) is chasing and killing the mafia people. David sends Bhai to Hyderabad to kill that cop. The plan is ready but Bhai decides not to kill the police officer at the last moment. Why does he do that and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with an interesting storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was not upto the mark. The dialogues were okay. The script was below average and the screenplay made it even bad. The background score was poor and songs didn’t create any impact. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was required during the second half. Costumes were well designed to suit the style while the art department was majestic. Nagarjuna didn’t really show his full caliber in this role, he was sober. Richa Gangopadhyay could hardly make a difference. Prasanna was not used properly. Ashish Vidyarthi was upto the mark. Sonu Sood was wasted. Brahmanandam, M S Narayana also were not given proper roles. Zara was stiff. Others did their bit as required.

Conclusion:
The film came in with a lot of expectations and some are also saying it is the remake of a Malayalam film. Irrespective of all that, the film takes off in a good way but as it progresses it begins to lose its touch. The interval bang was stale. The second half gets dragged and melodrama scenes were very bad. Overall, this is a film which doesn’t really appeal to even fans of Nagarjuna. At the box office, this will fizzle out in no time.

Bharatstudent verdict: Good storyline but weak execution, could have been much better
