Alias Janaki Tollywood Movie Review
Story:
A stale tale the story begins with Janaki Ram (venkat rahul) who works with the GHMC department and he is a very honest person. He gets these ideals from his father (nagababu). But as expected, his honesty brings him more enemies and especially the don Mysa (sathru) as he wants to capture government land. Despite Janaki’s boss (tanikella bharani) explaining he doesn’t listen. Mysa wants to hit back at Janaki and this brings issues for him with his girlfriend Chaitra (anisha). What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a message oriented storyline and while the presentation was weak, the narrative was quite bad. The dialogues were mediocre. The script was average and the screenplay was a disaster. The background score was just okay and one song was worth watching. Cinematography was not upto the mark. Editing was amateur. Costumes were apt to suit the surroundings while the art department was standard. Venkat Rahul needs to work very hard on his expressions if he is planning for a career, he was not scoring. Anisha was sweet and did her best. Sathru was alright. Tanikella Bharani was elegant, Nagababu was natural, Sri Ramya was adequate.

Conclusion:
Whenever films with moral values and social messages are made they need to be packed with the right kind of emotional peaks and strong performances with intensity. Both were lacking in this one. The first half takes off mildly and the interval bang looks a bit interesting. But again, the second half dips in its momentum and most of the scenes tend to lack any energy. Overall, this is a film which doesn’t score in any way. At the box office, it is bound to sink without trace.

Bharatstudent verdict: Good subject but weak performances and execution, ignore!
