Darr @ The Mall Bollywood Movie Review
Story:

At the same time, a fearless security officer Vishnu (jimmy) and secretly Ahana (nushrat) daughter of Manchanda also enters the mall with her friends. But what starts to dispel the myth turns out to be a horrifying reality. What exactly happens forms the rest.

Darr @ The Mall Hindi Cinema Review
Presentation:
The director has come up with a predictable storyline and while the presentation was good, the narrative was not that gripping. The dialogues were regular. The script was average and the screenplay was not that impressive. The background score was effective but songs were not required. Cinematography was effective.  Editing was not upto the mark. Costumes didn’t have much to do while the art department was suiting the backdrop. Jimmy Sheirgill carried out his role with finesse, Nushrat was natural and sensuous, Arif Zakaria was apt, Nivedita was good, Asif Basra was adequate, Shraddha was standard, Neeraj was natural.

Conclusion:
Horror stories often need to come up with a good pack of suspense and shock values. At the same time, its length has to be brief enough because there is not much content in such flicks. In this, the film had a good backdrop and the required shock points but then it didn’t have the right kind of emotional touch or the conviction in developing that interest. The first half was neat but second half got dragged. At the box office, this would be a very average grosser.
