Rangrezz Bollywood Movie Review
A decent tale, the story is about three friends Rishi (jackky), Winu (amitosh), Pakkya (vijay) who can do anything for each other. They also have their own goals to achieve. Rishi has to get a government job to marry his sweetheart Megha (Priya anand), Pakkya wants to go abroad and Winu wants to set up a computer institute, he is also in love with Rishi's sister. The story takes a turn when Rishi's friend Joy comes to him and asks for help. He is in love with a girl, daughter of a big politician. Rishi and friends risk their lives and help Joy and the girl. In this process, the three friends lose very important things. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
Rangrezz Hindi Cinema Review
The director has come up with a very intense storyline and while the presentation was good, the narrative was good in parts.  The dialogues were well written. The script was above average but the screenplay faltered during the second half. The background score was very nice and two songs were great. Cinematography was catchy.  Editing was required during the second half. Costumes were natural and suited the occasion while the art department was raw. Jackky has come up with a different performance and he scores. Priya Anand looks chirpy and did her bit as required. Amitosh was neat, Vijay has scored brownie points, Rajpal Yadav was hilarious, Joy was brief. The others were okay.
Rangrezz Filem Review
The film is the remake of the Tamil super hit movie 'Nadodigal' but still it has managed to maintain the Hindi flavor. While the first half comes out very well with intensity and momentum, it is the second half that drags quite a bit during the climax and becomes preachy. Overall, the film is quite intense and picks up at a slow pace. The content part is very strong and the rustic feel involves the audience in a big way. The elements of friendship, love, sacrifice etc were conveyed in an overboard fashion at few places. But due to the second half the film takes a blow. At the box office, this might be an okay farer.

Bharatstudent verdict: Interesting subject with nice performances but could have been better
