Story: A reality tale the story is set on the backdrop of the ad world and here is Rahul Verma (arjun) who is the CEO of an ad agency aiming to be on the top at all times. He is joined by a protégé Maya Luthra (chitrangda) who is not only hot and sexy but also very ambitious and knows what she wants in her life. The story takes a turn when Maya files a sexual harassment case against Rahul and the top management sets up a committee to do the investigation. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with a storyline which is realistic but not spoken much and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were hard hitting at few places. The script was alright but the screenplay was inconsistent. The background score was effective and two songs were worth watching and hearing. Cinematography was apt. Editing was needed in few places. Costumes were trendy and well designed while the art department was colorful. Arjun Rampal has given a convincing performance and he scores in all aspects. Chitrangda is a show stealer and her striking beauty mixed with lustiness in eyes adds up for a visual treat. Gaurav Dwivedi was general, Deepti Naval was great, Sandeep was standard, Mohan Kapoor was moderate.

Conclusion: The film deals with the subject of sexual harassment at work and generally such things do happen in real world but not many cases come out due to various reasons. In this, the film was handled deftly trying not to focus on sleaze or lust. The first half goes about with the layering of the plot and it is the second half which has go the twists and turns but still the film could have been more impact creating if the writing was crisp and some aspects explained more clearly. At the box office, this will make a good sum and reach the profit zone but it is meant for serious audience only.
Bharatstudent verdict : Realistic tale handled sensibly, can be watched once
