Rush Bollywood Movie Review
A good tale gone stale, the story begins with Sam (Emraan Hashmi) who is a news reporter and his talk show is a great success. He is given an offer by his rival Roger Khanna (aditya pancholi) and he takes it up. As he rises in the top of success ladder, Sam begins to lose his relationship with girlfriend Ahana (sagarika) and gets into a world of deceit and power unknowingly. By the time he realizes he finds that he has been cornered by those he trusts. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Rush Hindi Cinema Review

The director has come up with a realistic storyline and while the presentation was good, the narrative was not upto the mark. The dialogues were good at places, the script was average and the screenplay was not appealing. Background score was strong but songs were a letdown. Cinematography was effective. Editing was required at many places. Costumes were stylish and well designed while the art department was rich. Emraan Hashmi delivers yet another commendable performance and leads from the front. Neha Dhupia is enticingly seductive and hard to resist. Aditya Pancholi should have been given more meat to his character. Sagarika Ghatge is a surreal beauty but she didn’t have much space. Murali Sharma was excellent. Rahul Singh was regular. Alekh Sangal came and went.

Rush Filem Review

The issue of media and how they crave for TRPs is known. That’s what the film revolves around and in this process the focus on developing the content has been missed. The first half goes in a lethargic manner and it is the interval bang which looks promising. The second half also takes off well but starts withering out as it progresses. The ending was very tame. At the box office, the film will have good opening due to Emraan factor but success is very unlikely.

Bharatstudent Verdict: Film got rushed up during making so boring….
