Nasser is an immensely gifted actor who is acclaimed all over south Indian film circuit. He is always reputed for his versatile talents and one among them happens to be direction.
Nasser has directed a few critically acclaimed films in the past like Avatharam in 1995 and his Popcorn in the year 2003 which was his last venture.
Nasser has now taken up direction after a gap of close to a decade with the film Sun Sun Thatha. The film is produced by his wife Kameela in which his son Abi Hassan plays the lead role.
