A lot of money is spent on buying exfoliating skins from the market and it is a truth that almost all of them are unnatural. So, instead of doing that, why don’t you try something at home and prepare your own exfoliator creams. Well, there are different types of creams for different types of skins and here are a few methods to prepare them and use it for your own benefits.
For dry skin the best exfoliator is a combination of Olive oil with sugar. The sugar removes the dead skin and the olive oil moisturises your skin. Another good one is the combo of honey and coarse sea salt. By mixing 4 tbsps of honey with 2 tbsps of sea salt a mixture is created and this can be rubbed onto the skin and rinsed off. One more exfoliator is the mixture of Avocado, almonds and oatmeal.
For sensitive skin, the good exfoliator is the mixture of grapefruit and oatmeal. You can also look at creating another one by adding few drops of fresh milk with pinch of cinnamon and 3 tbsps of honey. This can be used for face, neck or any other part of the body. You could also prepare another mix by adding milk, cornmeal, olive oil, tree oil and baking soda.
There are exfoliators for combination skin too and they can be prepared by mixing 2 tbsps of corn flour with apple juice and applying it on your face in a circular motion and then washing it off. As for oily skin, adding brown sugar with a squeeze of lemon and scrubbing it gently on your face works. Even a mix of baking soda with water and making a paste will be good enough.
