How to avoid double chin   

Double chins are usually a negative to facial beauty and they tend to come due to various reasons such as genetics, age, obesity. Though it is not harmful it does create a concern and there are many ways to remove it. Firstly, you must focus on the diet you are having. Eating a healthy diet with less fat is the first step to counter it. Most importantly, stop binge drinking.
 
Involving in proper, intensive, heavy weight training is another method to remove the double chin. Doing regular workouts will increase the lean muscle tissue and increases the Basic Metabolic Rate. This helps in burning the fat so hit the gym as soon as you can. You should also involve in jaw exercises and the best way to do that would be by chewing gum. This will reduce the double chin.
 
Few neck rotation exercises also come in handy for reducing the double chin. For instance, you can tilt your head backwards so that your face is facing the ceiling. Stay in that position for about a minute and then return to normal position. Repeat this exercise for five to ten minutes everyday. If you can spend some money then you can directly go for a liposuction but it is better to try natural remedies first.
 
If there is a situation that you cannot reduce your double chin then you can use methods to camouflage it. Go for haircuts which end at the jawline or above the jawline. Short haircuts help you look better. Don’t go for choker chains and instead you could look at long, dangling chains. Wearing small necklaces which sit at the base of the throat is another good idea.
