Perhaps this is something useful for non-vegetarians and if you are a meat eater then you should give a thought on this. Fish oil is something quite useful for health and it has a positive impact on skin, hair and can combat diseases. Usually oil is considered to be dangerous to the body but fish oil is quite the opposite and offers many benefits. Here are few advantages of having fish oil.
 
Having foods containing fish oil is very good for heart. It has omega 3 which reduces the risk of heart diseases, LDL cholesterol and increases the good cholesterol. Having it tends to avoid heart strokes.  A recent research has also revealed that having fish tends to cure hypertension and work on obesity. The usual weight-loss diet suggests to have a regular amount of fish consumption.
 
Another important feature of having fish oil is that it is very effective against people who are suffering from respiratory problems like Asthma. Eating more fish tends to counter this problem and usually children having respiratory issues are advised to have it in good numbers. Due to the presence of Omega 3, the fish oil is very useful in preventing three forms of cancer.
 
They are breast, colon and prostate. Having fish oil results in the cause of apoptosis otherwise known as cellular death of cancer cells. The other important benefit is the luster of your hair is very well maintained and it also helps in faster hair growth and prevention of hair loss. Usually most of the fish are rich in protein. Hence, it helps in conditioning of dry skin and treats skin related problems.
