The De-stress foods!!   

Stress is the most common thing that you get to hear these days and there are many factors responsible for that. First among them is the diet we take. It is always important to keep a check on certain foods which aggravate. However, if it is lifestyle, workload and other factors, here are few foods which are quite useful in reducing the stress levels. This will help you deal with fatigue well.
 
Firstly, you must go for low-fat dairy products like cheese and low-fat cottage cheese. You can also look at increasing the presence of cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and others. Apart from the food, you can also look at having almonds, pistachios etc. you can carry them in a small bag and keep munching them at regular intervals which is also quite effective.
 
Having tea is a normal habit but you could look at replacing it with Decaf green tea or rosemary tea for better results. Going for dark colored vegetables like okra, peas, beetroot etc also helps a lot in reducing stress. You could also look at having beans or lentils which are quite helpful. This could be a little challenging but try and go for brown rice instead of white rice, it works!!
 
Apart from that, you can also look at having oats, oily fish like tuna and salmon, egg whites etc. If you are a meat eater then you could opt for lean beef or chicken without skin which are preferable. The other foods that are good at reducing stress are Artichokes, Asparagus, Leeks, Sweet potatoes, Sesame, Sunflower and Flax seeds. Drinking lot of water with some lime in it also helps.
