Tips to improve skin health   

Having a clear and flawless skin is the dream for any woman and though there are cosmetics and surgeries in huge numbers, nothing can ever replace the original beauty. This comes with natural diet. So, instead of trying for some unknown products filled with chemicals or things that don’t suit your skin, it is advisable to go for tried and tested home remedies. The following are few tips.
 
For starters, the best way for a good skin is drinking lots of water. This will keep the skin glowing and healthy. Secondly, you can look at squeezing half a lemon and adding it to warm water which is mixed with honey. This should be had on empty stomach everyday and along with skin glow it also purifies the blood which is quite good. To those who are suffering with oily skin, here is a tip.
 
Take a pack of multani mitti and mix it with rose water and apply it. This acts as a very good skin cleanser and it also absorbs the excess oil. This should give you a neat skin. If you are having blemishes or scars then prepare a pack of besan, tomato pulp, curd and haldi and apply it on the affected area. This will work as a natural scrub. And here’s something for a natural bleach.
 
Peel a lemon and rub it with honey on the skin. Leave it for few minutes and then wash it off. Something similar can be done using orange. Remove the dry orange peel, grind it and make it as a powder. This should be applied with water on the face and it will result in a glowing skin. Also, you can look at having a pack of curd and corn flour everyday which cleans the skin effectively.
