Natural Tips for Controlling Diabetes

'Diabetes' this problem started sounding very common, as it is being faced by innumerable people around the world. Reasons of cause are many and is also said to be hereditary. Once effected by it, sufferers need to make sure that they change the lifestyle to a healthy one so that they can fight back Diabetes and can keep it in control.


Natural remedies to control diabetes :


Reduce consumptions heavy amounts of sugar, as it increases sugar level in blood. Sweets , juices are direct sources of sugar, they may increase the sugar content so reduce them.


Avoid fatty food alcohol,coffee,tea etc. Increase the intake of vegetables and fruits, which are rich in fibers so that they control the sugar content of the body.


  • Natural herbs like bitter guard, garlic, onion, blue berry, cinnamon leaves are effectives natural medicines for diabetes. Having them regularly in meal gives you good results .

  • Nuts , grains also play major role in sugar control and in increasing resistive power of the body.

  • Low calorie diary products are also recommended, Egg and meat are also rich in proteins so should take in good quantities.

  • Exercising daily is very good for health , should strain the body at least 30min (Cycling,walking,swimming etc) a day . This helps to reduce the fats and to control the sugar levels of the body .

  • Practicing YOGA is also recommended .People should take care of foot and eyes mainly.

  • Should maintain strict timing in having food ( 3 regular meal for a day) never skip food
