“Over Weight” its a universal
problem !! There are numerous techniques to kill it but the problem
is never out of the world. It is important to learn weight management
before hand that trying to fight the obese situation as a proper
health needs a proper weight management, Everyone knows that Weight
creates serious health problems. Unhealthy and busy lifestyle , food
habits , jobs , mental, stress etc are few reasons for over weight
and is seen among many people irrespective of their age. Here some
good tips to control:
Avoid high calorie food like junk,
fried food. Prefer fruits, vegetables. Always cook recipes with less
amount of salt its good for health.
Use toned milk and reduce the milk
products like cheese butter etc . And even control the intake of non
vegetarian food ( weekly once on small quantity is preferable)
45 min of exercise(walking,gym,swimming
etc) in early morning is compulsory to burn calories and this will
also help in proper blood circulation.
Having a glass of honey and lemon with
water helps in burning the calories of the body. And even spices
like cinnamon,black pepper,ginger,garlic will also help in burning
calories , its recommended to increases the intake of this items in
food.
Having food at regular intervals is
also a good habit and gap between dinner and sleep should be minimum
of 3 hours. Everyone should drink minimum 8 glasses of water
everyday.
Most important tip is sleep. A
proper sleep also plays major role in weight control. 8 hours proper
sleep makes your body and brain to functions properly and reduces
the fat deposits in your body.
