INGREDIENTS
  • 10 gm onions (finely chopped)
  • 5 gm chat masala
  • 5 gm dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 100 gm sweet potato skin
  • Oil to fry
  • 10 gm tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 20 gm refined flour
  • 10 gm coriander (finely chopped)
  • 5 gm cumin powder
How to Prepare

Take the potato skins and wash, scrub them under cold water, and pat dry

This should be dusted with refined flour

Next, it should be deep fried in hot oil until it turns golden brown

Take an absorbent paper and drain on it

Now, take a bowl and mix it with onions, cumin, dry mango powder, chat masala and tomatoes

Add the skins and toss well before garnishing with chopped coriander

The dish is ready and can be served with a cold yogurt dip
