Take the
capsicum and cut in half, remove the unwanted seeds and keep them aside
Take the brown
rice or dalia and wash it thoroughly
Put the rice
in a pan and cook by pouring half a tablespoon of oil
This should be
added with chilli powder, tomato juice, peas and salt
Now add the
coriander
Once the
mixture is ready, stuff is neatly into capsicum halves
Steam the halves
for about 8-10 minutes depending on the size and thickness
