Take a small saucepan and fill it with milk
This should be heated upto 175 degree Celsius
Mix sugar in it till it gets dissolved completely
Allow it to cool after that
Now add the lemon juice and mix well
Take a large bowl and fill it with whipped cream
Beat it till it gets stiff
Now add the cooled milk mixture and vanilla extract
All this should be poured into a 9 inch square dish
Freeze the dish for four hours or until firm, stirring at least once
Once that is done, remove the ice-cream from the freezer 10 minutes before serving |
