Take the
couscous and soak it in hot water
Cover it
with cling wrap once it is soaked
The soaking
must happen till it softens. Usually this takes about 10 minutes
After that
let it strain and then cool
Take a
bowl and add all the chopped vegetables to it
Dip all this
in the cooked couscous once it cools
Using salt
and pepper season the whole mix followed by lemon juice and olive oil
Toss the
whole preparation gently with a spoon
The dish
is ready and you can serve it cold |
