Take the diced raw banana, moong dal and grated coconut and pressure cook them
The amount of water for Moong dal is less so pour as per your desired consistency
Once it is cooked, take the Dal along with banana and coconut
This should be added with salt and mixed well
Take a Kadhai and fill it with a spoonful of oil
Prepare the tadka with the above mentioned ingredients
This tadka should be added to the boiled vegetable
The entire thing should be mixed well
The dish is ready and can be served with hot rice and rasam or with rotis |
