Take the rice, clean and wash it
Soak that in warm water for about 10 minutes, drain and keep aside
Take the spring onion and chop the whites and the green separately, keep it aside
Take a glass bowl and fill it with bay leaf, oil, cinnamon, spring onion whites, cloves, cardamoms
Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes
Now add the mushrooms and microwave on HIGH for 1 more minute
This should be added with rice and mixed well
Microwave again on HIGH for 1 minute
The rice mixture must be added with 2 cups of hot water along with the spring onion greens and salt and mixed well
Microwave the entire mix on HIGH for 10 minutes
Remember to stir it twice in between after every 4 minutes
The pulao is ready and can be served hot |
