Take the sugar and eggs and whisk them together till they reach a ribbon stage
Now take theflour and cocoa powder and sieve them together.
The flour must be folded lightly into the egg mixture
The mixture must be put in dusted cake mould with flour and melted butter
The cake must be baked in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 25
30 minutes -The cakes ponge must be demould allowed to cool on a wire rack
