Take the curd and beat till it becomes a fine batter after adding water
Now add little salt to the mix
Take the vegetables (Cauliflower or potato) and boil them
Add them to the curd mix
Now the entire thing should be mixed well
Take a pan or round bottomed ladle and add 1-2 tsp oil in it
Heat the oil
This should be added with cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, asafetida and halved red chillies
Once the mustard seeds start to crackle, add the curry leaves and remove the tadka from the flame
This Tadka must be transferred to the curd-vegetable bowl and mixed well
Sprinkle a pinch of salt to get the required taste |
