This is a hand tossed salad which is easy to make

Take all the diced vegetables and mix them together

This should be added with few drops of malt vinegar

Once the vinegar is settled, some salt/pepper must be added to taste

The entire mix must then be garnished with coriander

The salad is ready and can be served cold
