| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 kg chicken
- 2 onions chopped finally
- 2 cups chopped gongura (Sorrel leaves or Pitwaa)
- 3 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 5 tbsp red chill powder
- 2 tbsp chicken masala powder
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- pinch of turmeric powder
- Chopped coriander leaves -1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil

| How to Prepare |
- Boil gongura
leaves till they become soft and them drain water and grind leaves
into paste .
- Take heavy bottom
vessel heat oil add onions fry them to light brown color , add ginger
garlic paste fry until raw smell goes .
- Now add chicken
and cook for 5 min , then add all the powders except garam masala ,
Mix well and place lid and cook for 10 min .
- Add gongura, garam
masala to chicken place the lid and cook for 15 minutes .
- Garish with
coriander
