Mix the green chilli, soya milk, coriander, wheat flour, onions, water, fruit salt and create a thin batter.
Take a non-stick pan and heat it. This should be greased with little oil
Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter on the non-stick pan and spread it using a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
The dosa should be cooked on both sides using little oil
Repeat the same process with the remaining batter
Serve hot with garlic tomato chutney
