Take the baking powder, flour, sodium bi-carbonate and a small pinch of salt and sift them
After that is done, keep it aside
Now take a pan and boil a cup of water
Take a bowl and fill the grated chocolate
Make it sit on the pan and ensure that it doesn't get drowned
Take another bowl and add castor sugar and butter
Stir them till the mixture gets creamy
Now add the melted chocolate and mix them
This should be added with butter milk or beaten curd
Add the flour to the mixture and mix well
Take a glass bowl and grease it with butter
Now pour the flour mixture and microwave it for three minutes
Remove the mix and microwave it again at 70 per cent heat for another minute
Set this aside for five minutes
The microwave plus grill mode must be pre-heated for five minutes at 220 degree Celsius and the brownies must be baked at 220 degree Celsius for three minutes
This can be removed from the microwave and allowed to cool |
