Take the moong dal and soak it in water overnight
After that, grind it in a mixer properly and make it into a thick mixture
This should be added with coriander leaves, salt, garlic, cummin seeds, green chillies paste
Take a kadhai and heat some oil in it on low flame
Take the thick mixture and make small balls
Add one by one into the Kadhai for frying
Keep frying them till they are golden brown in colour
Remove them and place them on a dish
This can be served with deep fried green chillies or finely cut onions |
