Take a big bowl and fill it with white wine, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chillies, water and stir
This should be added with spring onions, prawns, cashew nuts and mixed again
Cover the whole mix and place it in the fridge for atleast two hours to marinate
This should be stirred from time to time
Take a wok and heat oil in it
The onions, nuts and prawns must be drained from the marinade and added to the hot oil
This should be turned from time to time and stir fried for 2 minutes
Take the cornflour and add it to the marinade. Stir it till the cornflour has broken down
This should be added to the pan and stir fried till the prawns are coated in sauce
This takes upto 30-40 seconds
Serve with boiled rice |
