Take vessel heat
ghee and oil add cinnamon , cardamom , cloves fry them for 2 min now
add onions and garlic flakes fry them to brown color .
And add ginger
garlic paste, chili paste, mint leaves ,coriander leaves,green peas
and grated paneer .
Fry them 1-2 min
and add ½ cup water place the led and cook for 10-15 min .When water
evaporates add rice mix it well and cover the lid .
Serve hot Paneer
pulav with Raita or any vegetable kurma
