METHI PALAK DHOKLA
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsps oil
  • Salt to taste
  • ¾ cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1 ½ tsp
  • 1 tbsp ginger-green chili paste
  • 1 cup chawli (cow pea)
  • 1 tbsp fruit salt
  • ¾ cup chopped spinach
How to Prepare

Take the beans and wash and soak them for at least six hours. Drain them after that
 
Take about ¾ cup of water and add it 

Blend all of this in a mixer so that a smooth batter is made
 
This should be added with asafetida, green chilli, spinach, oil, fenugreek,  ginger paste and salt

Mix the entire thing well into the batter

Take a steamer and boil it on gas

The fruit salt should be added into the batter and mixed well

Pour the entire mixture into 3 greased Thalis

Place them in the steamer and steam for 8 to 10 minutes

The Dhokla is hot and can be served with green chutney
