Grind the
coriander leaves,mint leaves and green chillies to a smooth paste and
keep aside.
Take a pan add oil
fry the onions to golden brown color.
Take chicken
washed and dry ti then make slits across it . Now add ghee in a pan
and fry chicken for 10 min .
Now make mixture
of coriander-mint paste,almond paste ,cashew nut paste,nut
paste,coconut and poppy seeds paste and ginger garlic paste, curd ,
chili powder, garam masala powder.
Apply the mixture
to chicken evenly .
Now take a oven
proof dish place the chicken in that and cover it and bake fro 30 min
at temperature 250-300 degrees.
Remove from oven
and add saffron milk and mix it well and place the chicken in oven
for till ti becomes soft.
Garnish the fried
onions and serve hot with onions and roti
