Take all the ingredients of the crust except coconut oil and process them at one go 

Now take the coconut oil and rub it on a pie tray nicely

 Pour the thick pie crust in an even manner on the tray 

Take this tray and put it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to get a nice set 

Collect the filling ingredients and blend them in a processor 

Once it is done, the mixture must be tasted and mixture ratio must be adjusted accordingly. 

This mixture must be added to the crust 

Freeze it for about a hour and half

Take cinnamon and crushed brown sugar and garnish the mix and the pie is ready
