- Raw fresh Mango - 1 cup
- Grated jaggery - 1 cup
- Margosa flowers - 1 tbsp
- Coconut finely chopped - 1 tbsp
- Tamarind paste - 3/4 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder - to taste
- Salt - to taste

| How to Prepare |
1. Firstly clean dry mangoes and finely chopped them along with skin. 2. Mix all the above ingredients to form a sauce like appearance. 3. You can also add small pieces of sugarcane, pieces of ripe banana, roasted chana dal along with the above ingredients.
