Now-a-days most of the people are facing over weight problem due to high working hours, skipping meals,sitting long time, having junk foods, insufficient sleep, improper diet and the list goes on. The main reason is preference of outside food over home made food. So, firstly have your food at home at right time to pause excess weight gain. Remember avoid drinking water along with food as it slows the digestion process and store more fat. Include fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables and whole grain foods to improve your digestion. Drink lots of water in a day to replenish the waste from the body. Do some yoga at early morning hours to relax and sooth your presence of mind and also do wonders for shedding extra fat. Having dark skin on neck may be due to one's negligiance of the care needed. We most often forget to clean and wash our neck part along with face which inturns result in skin discoloration over the time period.
